Thanks a bunch to everyone. I got lots of mails with all kinds of suggestions, but I couldn’t change that nasty blue link colour. Just horrible!

Today I got an email from my dear friend Beckie. She asked me: 

Did you paste some pre-formatted text with links somewhere on your Blog recently?  Yes I did!

Somehow my Blog code picked up these codes and carried them throughout my Blog. I deleted that post and now my links have the same colour as before! Hooray that’s it! Doing a happy dance.

The only disadvantage is… all 46 comments to this post are deleted as well.

I NEED YOUR HELP

Since yesterday, I have some trouble with my Blog. I don't know what's going on, all links are suddenly blue. I can change all Blog colors, except for the link color. I tried anything, but I can't change that nasty blue. If anyone knows a way how to modify the link color, PLEASE let me know!!!
Here are some more details:

The problem is:

• The changes can be implemented in my HTML script, but when I apply “preview”, there is no change for the link-colours!
• When I make changes e.g. for the simple text, it does work! But in particular for the “link-colour” there are no changes.
• I suggest the problem is a little “deeper”, possibly related to some “freezing” functionality of the CSS- or Widgets- parts of my HTML. Looks “protected…” (?)
• I tested it on several PCs with several browsers- same (negative) results.

Thanks to everyone for all the very kind suggestions and lovely comments. I can hardly tell you how much I needed those encouraging words. Thanks for motivating me! Now I’m looking forward to creating new things. I’m behind on some projects; particularly email responses and Blog reading…but these are the daily challenges, isn’t it :-)

Autumn is around the corner, and I miss summer already. Right now it's a gorgeous September day outside. The sky is endless blue and the leaves are changing the colors. Very inspiring indeed.

But I can't be bothered to do something creative. I need a kick as I've been in a major slump!
